Waitlist privacy notice

Who we are. Glowprive, an adult (18+) AI companion service that is not yet launched. Glowprive is responsible (the "controller") for the data collected on this page. Contact: info@glowprive.com or the contact form on this page. Before the service launches we will publish our full business details and postal address here.

What we collect. Your email address; your confirmation that you are 18+; when you signed up and confirmed and the IP address used (as proof of your consent and to block fake sign-ups); where you came from (e.g. the X, Reddit or Telegram link or campaign tag you used); your invite link, who invited you and how many people joined through your link (to set your place on the waitlist and calculate your referral discount); the plan you said you are interested in; and your votes (e.g. for the next character).

Contact messages. If you write to us through the contact form, we use your email and message only to answer you. The form sends them to info@glowprive.com and this site does not keep a copy. We delete the email from our mailbox within 12 months after the conversation ends.

Why. (1) To send you launch news, early-access invitations and offers for Glowprive, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). (2) To run the waitlist, invites, referral discount, founder places and votes you take part in, as part of the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b)). (3) To prove your consent, prevent fraud and duplicate or fake sign-ups, and measure which channels bring people, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use this data to train AI models and we do not sell it.

How long. Until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first; unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. If you unsubscribe we keep only a record of your email and the unsubscribe date so we don't contact you again. If you create a Glowprive account, your founder status moves to your account and the Glowprive Privacy Policy applies from then on.

Who sees it. Only us, our hosting provider and our email-sending provider, Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail, EU data centre), which act on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Your invite position may show your place on the waitlist to you, never your email to others.

Your rights. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email, withdraw consent at any time, and ask us to access or delete your data at info@glowprive.com. You can complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies. This page uses no tracking cookies.
